How to deal with xp005 damaged an expensive scooter key

I’ve had issues with mine sometimes. Usually with nsn14 keys but occasionally with others. I think it might have something to do with cutting a key, walking outside of Bluetooth range, then coming back and cutting another key. Like in your case, it cuts the first key fine but when I go to cut the next key on the progression chart or to cut the transponder key after cutting the test key, it sometimes will either cut way too shallow do only the deepest cuts even touch the key or way to deep and just cut straight down the key all the way down. I’ve found if I turn off the machine and back on it will cut the key fine. Just have to remember to leave my phone with the van until I’m done using it.
