Fixing the NetClient.dll Error for VVDI MB Tool

A customer reported an issue with his VVDI MB Tool. He followed these steps:

• Installed the software
• Connected the unit
• Installed the drivers
• Clicked on the MB tool icon to launch the program

However, he encountered an error message saying “NetClient.dll was not found”.

For this problem, xhorseshop.us engineer suggested the customer to delete the software and download it again.
